This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Police detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
